I found this picture of a page from a book on my phone. I took it a long time ago. The story is sweet and really something to think about.

Here is the Robert Browning quote that is written at the bottom of the page:

“There is an answer to the passionate longings of the heart for fullness, and I knew it, and the answer is this: Live in all things outside yourself by love, and you will have joy. That is the life of God; it ought to be our life. In him it is accomplished and perfect; but in all created things it is a lesson learned slowly and through difficulty.”                                                                                          Robert Browning

Fun little trip to San Diego last week. We stayed in Carlsbad and from there went to three different beaches. Also, side trips to Coronado Island, La Jolla, and Balboa Park. Scott oil painted and sketched and I supported him lol.

photos by Scott - outside at home

Scott is an excellent photographer! He shoots great sunsets and photos in our yard.

This is Freddy. My dad named him last year. He hangs out in our yard all the time. He has a wife but she's plain and hangs out near the rocks where we can't see her in our photos.

Scott loves it when he opens the bedroom blinds in the morning and the deer are staring at him.

There were at least nine in this group.

Not sure if I love a full moon or a crescent moon better. Scott shoots the moon constantly - in every phase. And it's a bonus if Venus is in the photo too!
